Step 1: Business Analysis

We then discuss with you every aspect of your business to gain an understanding of your needs before developing a strategy for market entry.

Step 2: Market Entry Strategy

Once we have completed the initial analysis and questionnaire, we then develop a detailed strategy report for your market entry to China. The strategy report will quantify concrete savings and profits to be created with a China operation, and a sophisticated analysis of your options. Using information gained in the business analysis, we draft and deliver this customized market entry plan and work with you to finalize a strategy that is right for you.

Step 3: Implementation

Once a strategy is determined we work with you to implement the plan and begin operations in China. During this phase BizChina staff provides services for cross-cultural training, locating offices and/or manufacturing sites, recruiting Chinese personnel, and creating golden circles of trusted contacts. All these efforts culminate with the launching of your profitable, sustainable, business in the Chinese market.
